Fifteens Recipe

15 digestive biscuits
15 marshmallows, cut in half
15 glacé cherries, cut in half
Approx 200ml of condensed milk
100g desiccated coconut, and a small additional amount to sprinkle on the top.

Blitz the digestive biscuits in a blender or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin, then add to a large mixing bowl. Cut each marshmallow and cherry in half and add to the bowl. Slowly add the condensed milk until a thick, sticky dough forms. and 175ml condensed milk. If it’s too dry, add a little more condensed milk.

Add the mixture into a lined baking tin and press firmly. Sprinkle more coconut over the top of it then place in the fridge for 2 4 hours. Slice the Fifteens with a knife, and enjoy with a cup of tea!
