The epic superheroes battle between Iron Man vs Superman takes place in Grand Theft Auto 4

Iron Man (Anthony Edward Stark), called Tony by most, is an eccentric genius, billionaire, playboy and philanthropist. He is also the armored superhero known as Iron Man. Fresh off from defeating enemies all over the world, Iron Man reluctantly agreed to serve as a consultant to Nick Fury's peacekeeping intelligence agency S.H.I.E.L.D. Iron Man joined the Avengers and helped defeat the Chitauri and Loki during the Battle of New York. Due to the battle, Iron Man suffered from posttraumatic stress disorder, leading him to create the Iron Legion. After the Battle on the Norco, the final event of Aldrich Killian's War, Iron Man destroyed all of his armors with the Clean Slate Protocol.

Superman was an Alien from the planet Krypton and a reporter for the Daily Planet. As a Kryptonian, KalEl has special abilities when in the star system of a Yellow Sun and one of the last surviving members of his race. Sent away from his planet Krypton as a small baby by parents JorEl and Lara to Earth, Superman was found by Jonathan Kent and his wife Martha in the rural town of Smallville who took in the alien as their own and raised him, renaming the boy Clark Kent. Growing up discovering his powers, his adoptive parents helped him learn to use his powers in secret but a growing desire led him on a path to search for his origin. When his father's nemesis General DruZod came to Earth with his followers in search of KalEl, Superman proudly protected his adopted home from Zod's wrath as a hero who became known as Superman.
