IronMan 70.3 consists of a 1.9km swim, a 90km bike and a 21.1km run.
The time spent on the bike is certainly much greater than the other two disciplines. The bike is the heart of the IronMan.
The IronMan is a solitary, individual challenge, so much so that it is absolutely not permitted to stay in the wake of cyclists, so it is a nodraft race. A distance of at least 12 meters must be maintained.
