Tax Planning for employees course:

Let me tell you about a disturbing practice many employers/companies follow.

To deter employees from leaving the organization, they take signed blank cheques as security from new employees. Joining is not done until this condition is fulfilled. They take new cheques every three months and stop salaries for noncompliance.

If any Employees dares to leave during the bond period without notice, the cheque is filled by the company and encashed.

If the cheque bounces due to insufficient balance, the company files a police complaint and a criminal case against the exemployee. With their legal might, They extort & harass the employee for years. It sets an example for others too.

No one is raising their voice against this,
Employees do not make it public as it will risk their career growth.
The legal fraternity is also largely silent as they risk losing business clients.

We recently started LLA consult ( Affordable consultations for Aam Janta), and we address many heartbreaking cases weekly.

The most recent case is of a Young Boy who started his career a year ago. He left the company to pursue further studies but now facing a police complaint and a criminal case. He is afraid and depressed and has not shared the incident with his family. As a result, his entire career is in jeopardy.

THIS MUST STOP NOW!
& I pledge to fight for this cause,

With your support, we at LLA aim to do the following,

We will publish legal awareness content for employees so that they do not submit the cheque in the first place
We will educate them about practices they can do if the cheque is already submitted
If notice has been served already by the company, We will provide legal consultation and notice reply on a zero profit basis.
We will publish anonymous case studies and expose the names of the companies that follow these practices
We will also publish positive case studies of companies that avoid such practices.

This will be an uphill task, Jagruk Janta, and we will need your support.

This is the first video in this series. Do watch and share.
