In this video I share with you what the minimum requirements are for a Home Equity Line of Credit HELOC and how to get approved for one.
I will share with you what you will need to show proof of to the HELOC Lender in order for the lender to approve your application.
You will need to have Equity in your home
You will need to show proof of income
You will need at least decent credit. Getting approved for a HELOC with bad credit is VERY UNLIKELY.
You will need almost NO CLOSING COSTS or money out of pocket.
