Continuing the story of Sajith Pai's life from our last clip of how a boy from an average profile & not so know undergraduate college ended up at IIM Ahmedabad, struggled for few months at the institutes, failed to get into his dream companies but also got a job where he spent 20 years of his career.

What’s more remarkable about his journey is, that he made a 360 switch in his career from a media company like Times Group to joining a VC firm like Blume Ventures.

But he made it possible, though it wasn’t an easy ride.

He also talks about how if you want to be an entrepreneur, doing an MBA might not add much value because startups operate on different fuels.
