Is it possible to run Windows 3.0 on the 1994 HP 200LX handheld PC?

Rumour has it, one could run Windows 3.0 on this DOSbased 1994 handheld PC, the HP 200LX.
All you need is a PCMCIA to CF adapter, a CF card with decent capacity, and a bit of time to craft an RS232 DB9 connector for connecting a serial mouse. Because that's what you definitely need, a pointing device!
