We hope you enjoy this first episode with Kai Lightner. In our opinion, he is one of the best climbers in the world. He has such intuitive movement that he has worked on for nearly 20 years!
He is graceful and efficient and climbs so well on his skeleton.

Many of the episodes we have released so far talking about efficiency and technique are highlighted in Kai's climbing style.

In this first episode, we get to know Kai a little, talk about his routine when he enters the gym and discuss how it was different for him growing up as a climber.
