I made this video in response to questions from prospective scooter buyers. It may also be of value to beginning riders and scooters and motorcycles. And even provide some food for thought for more experienced riders.

A Vespa scooter is not a toy. And if you ride on the road with other vehicles you assume risks that are unique to being on twowheels. It's not like a car and it's not like a bicycle. The risk is unique. Fortunately, there is a lot you can do to manage your risk while riding. In this video I'll share a few thoughts and ideas that are important for my own risk management and personal safety. Perhaps they'll help you in determining how to manage your own risk.

And of course, all of this assumes you will have learned how to operate your scooter from a physical riding perspective.
