Short term health insurance is fantastic for several different reasons. The rates are much less than Obamacare/ACA plans, the plans are customizable with freedom to choose level of deductible we are comfortable with, and, they actually are not short term! Short term plans can go a full year same amount of time as an Obamacare plan and as a matter of fact, can even have a term length of two or three years and the plan auto renews each year.
