Pros:
RGBWW For more accurate color
2000K to 10000K light
More options than other lights
Incredible controller
Output is better than ARRI
High ECRI ratings
Hardware and software control is fantastic

Cons:
Price and features aren't for everyone
Very heavy bulky light
Fan noise could be a problem when recording close to the light
No way to replicate hard light sources
