Tactical shoguns are all the rage. We take the Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical for a spin and do a deep dive into its features for a full review. The shotgun is a direct competitor to the Beretta A300 Ultima patrol and it’s chocked full of features.

The Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical is an upgrade from the Mossberg 930 and a tactical version or defense oriented one for the 940 JM Pro. Has an RMsc cut, fiber optic front sight, mlok slot and 7 plus one capacity.

For home defense or law enforcement the shotgun can be a vital tool but it must be effective, reliable and fit perfectly. The user must have the skillset to wield such a versatile weapon systems.
