2 ripe avocados
1 small red onion (finely chopped)
12 tomatoes (diced)
12 cloves garlic (minced)
Juice of 1 lime
10g Coriander leaves
1 tablespoon chili powder
pepper and salt
olive oil
two slices of bread
Method
