So Thresh can stack a bit like Nasus or Veigar, with infinite onhit damage, armor, and ability power, so it only makes sense that waveclear to push faster would help you towards that goal, right?

Thresh Top Runes (Recommended for aggression, experienced play. Fleet Footwork can be used when newer or want a safer lane)

Presence of Mind
Legend: Bloodline (AD, take Alacrity if you take BOTRK early, or if you play AP)
Coup De Grace or Last Stand

Second Wind vs poke / Bone Plating against early game burst and fighters
Overgrowth if need a huge tank / Revitalize against poke / Unyielding tenacity for overwhelming CC or you need Plated Steelcaps instead of Mercs (though merc treads is usually enough)
