Disney World and Disneyland are replacing Splash Mountain with a Princess and the Frog ride called Tiana's Bayou Adventure. After years of speculation, we finally know what the full ride looks like, since Disney released a full POV video of the new ride.

So, is it an upgrade or a downgrade from what came before?

Join me, James from Guide2WDW, as I try to figure it out. I've seen a lot of people saying this ride looks great, and a lot of people saying it's the worst thing since Superstar Limo. The truth is a bit more complicated. There's a lot to like here, and a lot that is not quite as successful as what came before. I take a look at the animatronics, the storytelling, and other creative choices that Disney made to answer the question.
