In this video, I open up about a struggle that so many of us INFJs face: driven behavior and how it can chip away at our sense of selfworth.

I dive into those repetitive habits we find ourselves caught in, like constantly checking emails, organizing the same spaces over and over, and scrolling through social media without purpose.

These behaviors might seem harmless, but they’re often tied to a deeper need—to feel productive, to feel like we matter, to feel like we’ve accomplished something.

I also share a personal story about how this need for constant productivity has shown up in my life and how it made me feel like my worth was wrapped up in how much I could do.

It’s hard when overworking and overcommitting, even in toxic environments, become the norm.

It leaves us feeling like there’s never enough time, overwhelmed by endless todos, frustrated, and battling racing thoughts that just won’t let up. It’s that tension in your muscles, the weight of those negative thoughts that keep you up at night—trust me, I’ve been there.

But it’s not all heavy. I also share three practical steps that have helped me (and hopefully can help you too) break free from this cycle.
