Isomalt Butterflies ‍✨ Today I show you another way to use isomalt, this time to make butterflies! To make a butterfly you will use your isomalt cyrstals along with a silicone mold. I tried multiple techniques over the past few weeks to come up with the best method for these molds. The result is beautiful, pastel, glasslike butterflies you can use to decorate a cake or put on a dessert plating. Have fun and don't touch the melted isomalt! It's hot! ☄
