The Lebanon Health Minister says the death toll from an Israeli airstrike in Beirut has climbed to 31. Hezbollah said a second senior commander was among those killed in the attack, which comes after the militant group suffered an unprecedented blow after pager and walkietalkie explosions in Lebanon and Syria killed at least 37 people.
