THIRD SEND TO ADDRESS MENTIONED IN FORM AND SEND IT WITH SPEED POST
NOTE: WHILE SENDING PASSPORT COPY, ATTACH ALL THE PAGES WITH SEALS EG: TRANSIT SEALS,VISITOR VISA SEALS.
COPY ALL PAGES WITH IMMIGRATION SEALS NEW AND OLD ONE
