Try this yoga for IT band practice to release tension in your outer legs and relieve IT band pain and hip pain. This 20 min sequence combines yoga stretches and exercises to leave you feeling great.

If you're a runner, a cyclist, or even a hiker, chances are you're familiar with IT band pain (iliotibial band pain), or pain outside of the thigh. The IT band runs down the outside of the leg from the hip to the knee, and IT band syndrome can also contribute to knee pain or more generic hip pain. It's often caused by "lazy glutes," when other parts of the body overcompensate for what our glutes should be doing.
