❤ Sweet chocolate bread (18cm mold) ❤
350gr pastry flour
1 tbsp of powdered milk
55ml of water
30gr of sugar
2 eggs
20ml anise or white vermouth
30gr of inverted sugar or honey
Lemon zest
Orange zest
80gr of butter
1/2 tsp salt
200gr of chocolate
150ºC 55min (internal temperature 95ºC)
