Canning curry recipes are hard to find! I tried! So instead of missing out I decided to make one! Tikka masala is an amazingly flavorful recipe with a simply perfect amount of spices that will make you smile but not overwhelm you! I did 6X this recipe and altered it quite a bit so here it goes:
4 yellow onions
2T minced ginger
4T garlic
1 gallon chicken broth, divided It might have been a bit too much
10 pounds chicken thighs boneless skinless is easiest
6 Tablespoons kosher salt, divided
6 Tablespoons garam masala, divided
enough ghee to cook
4 Tablespoons ground turmeric
2 Tablespoons ground black pepper
3 Tablespoons cayenne
4 Tablespoon tomato powder
3 cans diced tomato
4 cans tomato sauce
Add cream of choice after canning
