hi guys, todays video is a little different, but maybe one of my favorite videos i have created. for the past two months, i have been experiencing and living with anxiety and depression. this is honestly one of the first times in my life that i have fell into a depressive episode and it was very hard for me to navigate. i wanted to create a video showing a side of me i dont show a lot of people to help you maybe not feel alone in what you are going through. i can say that i feel so much better after taking these steps to healing and i can feel them paying off. i hope you guys enjoy this video and i love you all... especially if ur reading this lol :)
