I made carrot bread with carrots that are good for the body and especially good for adults.
It's very easy and simple to make and the taste is very good.
It's so easy and delicious that I want to keep it as a secret.

Recipe

4 carrots (400 gr)
4 eggs
1 cup sugar (200gr, 240ml, = paper cup 1 + 1/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Oil (240gr, 240ml)
2.5 cups Plain flour (365gr, 600ml)
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup raisins
Oven ; 180 degrees Celsius (355 degrees Fahrenheit) x 45 minutes
