Toxic Work Environment: A negative or hostile work environment, characterized by gossip, bullying, or lack of support from colleagues or management, can have a detrimental effect on your mental health and job satisfaction.
Lack of Recognition or Feedback: If your contributions are not acknowledged or valued, it can be demoralizing and lead to feelings of unappreciation.
