1 liter water
1 tbsp. salt
5 pots of allspice and black pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
20 g of butter
1 onion
1 carrot
1 tbsp flour
300500 ml. fish broth
200 ml. sour cream
salt
spices to taste
