In today's video I took part in the inaugural UK Ekiden Relay race along the Thames Path. 72 Miles from Oxford to Windsor. Taking inspiration from the Japanese Hakone Ekiden an annual 217km relay between Tokyo and Hakone with deep cultural traditions between the countries top University students it was a true pleasure to be part of.
