6 chicken thighs.
300 ml / 10 fl oz beer.
Garlic.
Let rest for 1 hour.
200g flour.
200 g corn starch.
1.5 teaspoons of paprika.
2 teaspoons oregano.
2 teaspoons salt.
2 eggs.
1/2 cup water.
Vegetable oil.
Fry over mediumhigh heat for 9 minutes on each side.
1 cucumber.
4 tablespoons of yogurt.
2 cloves of garlic.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Salt and black pepper.
Juice of half a lemon.

Simmer for 50 minutes.
