Recipe (Ingredients)
300g (2 cups) Bread flour/wheat flour
1 Eggs
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
145g (0.6 cup) Milk
3g (1 tsp) Yeast
3g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (1.5 tbsp) Unsalted butter
50g Cream cheese
12g (1 tbsp) Sugar
15g (1 tbsp) Unsalted butter

180°C (360°F) bake for 15 minutes
