On the day we say farewell to the legendary Jack Charlton, here is some classic footage from our archives featuring Big Jack.

As always Sir Bobby's older brother spoke with honesty, integrity and was hugely entertaining. At the time England's 1966 World Cup winner was manager of the Republic of Ireland.

Filmed in 1995 front of a live audience in Staines, Big Jack was appearing as a special guest on a show we were filming with George Best & Rodney Marsh. Other celebrity guests included John Fashanu and Henry Cooper. The host was comedian Mike Osman. And the show was released as a chart topping video.
