"Jagadoddhārana" is one of the most poignant and iconic compositions in the classical Carnatic tradition composed in Kannada by
Saint Purandaradāsa (14841565) in praise and adoration of Ambegalu Navaneetha Krishna in the Aprameya Swami temple of
Dodda Mallur village in Karnataka.
Here, it is presented in a Hindi translation with the sole aim of making the beauty and grandeur of this exquisite composition
accessible to those who are unable to negotiate the language barrier.
