Kwasi Acquah is jailed 25 years for a crime he claims he knows nothing about. The man who allegedly puts the false charge on him, later sends a delegation to prison to plead with Kwasi to forgive him, but the man dies afterwards. At 77 years old, Kwasi has a heart disease, but he still has to complete his sentence after serving 16 years. Kwasi needs help to appeal his sentence.
