After seeing a perpetual decline in the number of applicants applying to vacant law enforcement positions, the Warsaw (Duplin County) police chief began a partnership with James Sprunt Community College to help attract quality police officers. Several years into the BLET program, it now serves as a local talent pipeline for law enforcement agencies in the area.
