肉碎 后腿肉、三层肉 200克
青葱 1棵
红葱头 3粒

【腌料】
生抽 1茶匙
蚝油 2茶匙
料酒 1茶匙
麻油 1/2茶匙
玉米淀粉 1茶匙
清水 1汤匙

【调味料】
盐 1/2茶匙
鸡精 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 1/4茶匙

【Ingrediets】
2 tbsp of Cooking Oil
130g of Rice Grains
1200 ml of Water
200g of Minced Pork (Eye Round Roast / Pork Belly)
1 stalk of Spring Onion
1 Shallot

【Marinate】
1 tsp of Soy Sauce
2 tsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tsp of Cooking Wine
1/2 tsp of Sesame Oil
1 tsp of Corn Starch
1 tbsp of Water

【Seasoning】
1/2 tsp of Salt
1/2 tsp of Chicken Seasoning Powder
1/4 tsp of White Pepper Powder
