Founded in Kyoto's Nishiki Market in 1940, this is a Kyotostyle soup stock restaurant that uses ingredients from Kyoto Prefecture and is particular about the restaurant.

The Kyoto dashimaki, which is baked with dashi and eggs without using any chemical seasonings or additives, has a special taste that they do not open branches or ship locally because they want to ``deliver it directly to customers.''
