Johan visited us from Sweden after his first jaw surgery failed to fix his sleep apnea and left him with a poor cosmetic result.

In our center, Prof. Federico Hernandez Alfaro performed a revision surgery that consisted of three steps:
1) removal of fixation material from previous surgery
2) maxillomandibular advancement with counterclockwise rotation
3) septoplasty
