आज जवाब देना पड़ेगा में बात हिजाब पर जारी संग्राम की...अब बवाल महाराष्ट्र से सामने आया... जहां बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने मुंबई के एक कॉलेज में बुर्का और हिजाब पहनने की इजाजत की मांग करने वाली याचिका खारिज कर दी है. हाई कोर्ट ने कॉलेज के परिसर में हिजाब बैन के फैसले में हस्तक्षेप करने से इनकार कर दिया है.... साथ ही कॉलेज के ‘हिजाब बैन’ के फैसले को सही ठहराया है.... कोर्ट के इस फैसले के बाद राज्य के स्कूलकॉलेज में नियमानुसार ड्रेस कोड लागू रहेगा... यानी अब स्कूल के बच्चे हिजाब या बुर्का पहनकर स्कूलकॉलेज के परिसर में एंट्री नहीं कर पाएंगे.
