i used to hear like nothing! i couldn´t tell the difference between a major and a minor triad. and i couldn´t tell you the inversions, that´s for sure. this topic has always been very much intimidating to me. i even had a pianist screaming at me that i finally should have "the balls" to play by ear. which didn´t exactly help me. but you know me. giving up is not an option.



still it seems to me that somehow i always have been hearing something somehow. teachers liked the lines i played and i didn´t get to much in the way with my chords either. so in today´s video i collected some exercises that are fun to practice. you can even practice them while you are lying on the couch. isnt´that something.
