The way the DJI mini 3 gimbal cover fits is the biggest reason for getting jello in the video or wavy video. The gimbal clamp causes the pressure on the gimbal. That pressure causes the crack on the gimbal as can be seen in the video.
The StartRC gimbal cover linked below is a far better option. DJI knows about this issue because the Air 3 and the Mini 4 have a new design gimbal cover.
