The perfect Johnnie & Ginger Highball:
A tall highball glass FULL of ice proper to the brim like.
35ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label
Fill the glass with your favourite ginger ale
Garnish with a slice of orange or ginger and some star anise

The ultimate Johnnie & Elderflower Highball:
Fill that glass with ice
35ml of Johnnie Walker Black Label
20ml of Elderflower cordial
Fill the glass with soda
Garnish with elderflower
