After two weeks on the beautiful Greek island of Corfu, it was time to return to the UK. Once on the ground, the crew were quite firm on the brakes and reverse thrust to bring the aircraft to a halt, actually backtracking in the middle of the runway (well before the end of runway 14). The reason for this was due to the close proximity of another aircraft on final.

Prior to joining Jet2 in May 2019, this 737800 was operated by Norwegian Air Shuttle and Norwegian Air International as LNNOX and EIFJG respectively. She was actually due to join Argentinian lowcost carrier Flybondi in 2019, but was not taken up and so joined Jet2 instead.
