I've had a lot of people over the years ask for this, so frankly, I'm overdue! The startup procedure for turbines is always an intimidating one until you get used to it. Here I attempt to describe my process as I go through a startup. It happens fast, so you might need to watch it a few times!

I then went out and practiced a bunch of autorotations and quick stops and then took a leisurely flight around the nearby lake. Maybe I'll edit that video sometime too. :)
