Members of the Saskatoon Police Service made a difference by bringing smiles and joy to the face of a young boy in our community who is bravely fighting a rare brain tumour. Fouryearold Jett Reis is a huge fan of police, aspiring to be just like his uncle who is a member of the SPS this makes him a member of our extended family. Deputy Chief's Yuzdepski and Huisman presented Jett with a police uniform, forage cap, and badge, just like all of our police officers, and he was then treated to a parade of police vehicles with their flashing lights.
We already know you have the spirit of a warrior to fight your battle, Jett, and now you've got the uniform to do it. Stay strong.
