JOB CIRCULAR
Post: Project Engineer (Resident)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Drawing & field survey/ layout.
2. Structural works, materials, pile work, formwork (Colum / shear wall), formwork (Beam/ slab), rebar work, concreting work.
3. Block laying and plastering works, blockwork, plastic work.
4. Finishing works such as door frame & shutter work, paintwork, polishing work, M.S. grill/gate/railing work, aluminum work, floor gazed tile work, wall gazed tile work, roof tile work.
5. Electromechanical works such as sanitary conduit laying work, sanitary uPVC pipe work, water pipe line work.
6. Safety such as site safety, substructure works safety.
7. Checking of setback and RAJUK related site condition as per drawing.
8. Monitoring material test of different items as & when required.

Educational Requirements:
Diploma/Civil Engineering from any Institute/ University with good academic results.
Skills Required: Designing, MS Office, MS Project, Quality control, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit, structural drawing
Experience Requirements: 24 years (s)

1. The applicant should practically experience completing projects individually.
2. Developer, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate
