Ingredients:
6 slices of bacon, chopped
4 sausages, sliced into rounds
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 cans (14.5 oz each) of tinned tomatoes
2 beef Oxo cubes (or other beef bouillon cubes)
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups water (or enough to cover the ingredients in the pot)
Optional: 1 cup of sliced carrots, 1 cup of sliced bell peppers, or other vegetables as preferred
