After a fresh John Deere 47" Snowblower rebuild it's time to get everything set up before winter hits! This hydrocut snowblower has a quickattach function and to merge the tractor with this snowblower I have to first install a midmount plate. The plate will transfer power from the long driveshaft to a shorter driveshaft to the snowblower gearbox.
Even though this setup is very simple, I still wanted to share this installation process with you so there aren't too many questions. Another reason why I mounted this snowblower was to see if everything works the way it should. Now I should be ready for winter and I cannot wait to try out a snowblower for the first time!!
