1. Open ArcGIS
2. Add data from IMSMA backup file
3. Add Excel table that want to join to Attributable, you need to add category for device in Excel
before you will join it to Attributable
4.Then right click on shapefile polygon then Join, please follow this video
5. After finished joining then Export to new Polygon Shapefile
6. Delete the column in Attribute Table which you don't need to keep it
7. Finished...
