Josh Naylor MLB star suffered a gruesome injury in Sunday's game between the Cleveland Indians and the Minnesota Twins.

He suffered a right ankle fracture and dislocation. Reports state that he sustained a closed fracture and was to be flown home for definitive surgical management.
