Accomplished teacher, bishop and artist Joshua Maponga has launched his latest book Find Your Truth. In the book Maponga interrogates Africa's relationship with God, and looks at African Theology as a concept and basis for his spirituality.

On this episode of Something Nice with Dinano, Maponga says the book touches on issues concerning his journey and growth in matters of spirituality.

His journey has taken him from growing up in a christian home, studying theology and discovering the impact of African Theology and Spirituality in Christianity.

In the interview, He also clarifies how colonialists used religion to conquer Africa and its people. He mentions the African names of God, claiming God in African religion is a monotheistic God.

With over 30 years in christian ministry, Joshua Maponga has now decided to question what he has always known to be the truth and is on a journey to seek answers to his questions, in a quest to find his truth.
