Judge Patti B. Saris has stayed a pending court ruling in the Nosalek lawsuit. She has decided to wait until after the final approval is granted in the much larger NAR lawsuit out of Kansas City. In theory, this means that MLSPIN can continue to operate as usual. But in reality, it means that MLSPIN will likely be subject to the same terms that have been negotiated via the NAR settlement.
